In 1993, Dr. Iris Vardy was chosen by a panel of orthodontists to receive computerization of her office and a cellular phone (click to view the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics article). This set the tone for her practice philosophy which is to provide the best results using the latest technology, techniques, and materials. She uses a digital x-ray machine which reduces radiation to the patient by 80 percent, and digital photography to diagnose, re-evaluate, and scrutinize her results.
